Our name service covers a number of items which are required to ensure continued, reliable and efficient service of a Domain Name.

	Firstly, registration fees. We pay all statutory fees required by the Registry. However, this is only the first part of what's needed to maintain service on a Domain Name. Think of this as the equivalent of the licence fee you pay for your car... it allows you to use the car on the road... but you still need to put tyres on it and fill the tank if you want to use the car.
	Second, DNS Name servers. We as the Domain Name registrar, provider or agent, are legally obliged on your behalf to provide and continue to maintain two separate Name Servers at two separate locations directly connected to the Internet 24 hours a day/365 days per year. The purpose of these Name Servers is to accept any and every call on your Domain Name and route it accordingly - to a Web Site if its a web call, or to an active mail server if its an E-mail message. The details of the route to these Name Servers together with their access details as they apply to your Domain Name are then published right across a global network of Internet Service Providers. Whilst our obligation is to provide and continue to maintain two Name Servers, for enhanced security we actually establish three .
	Thirdly, E-mail Routing. We route all E-mail attached to any prefix on your Domain Name, and deliver it instantly and transparently to the ISP mailbox destinations required by you.
	Fourthly, Website Access. http:// access, ftp:// access Where required - which is generally the case for all Domain Names, we handle all traffic that passes through a domain name in search of a website associated with that domain. Generally that relates to ensuring the serving of a website when requests are made through a name server handling a domain name.
	Fifthly, Security. Our main name servers are located and managed to ensure as far as possible that your Domain Name is secured from intrusion, theft, unauthorised access, and "hacking".
